Hello, I am having an issue with a computer here at my workplace. For a while now the computer had been running fine and we had been using it to ship items from our store but the computer had originally been connected to a domain named cohort. we now have a new domain name and have had it for some time however our old IT guy failed to change the domain name on this computer before he left. The domain has expired since and now it will not login to the non-existant domain, naturally with the username we have been using which now exists on the new domain. What I would like to do is switch it over to our new domain to get it working but since I cannot login this presents some difficulty. Is there some specific tool we can use to help do this? I tried to use a password hacking tool to change the machine's admin password but it will not grant me access to the sfcfiles.dll library so I could not change anything. All help appreciated!
