Need to restart winss in OneCare
Hi. Every time I boot, the OneCare comes up in an alert (orange) state, and asks me to click a button to protect services. I click it and nothing happens. However, I learned to restart the "winss" service, which causes OneCare to stop/start. Now when I click the button to protect services it accepts it, and transitions to it's normal operating state (green). Why do I have to do this? What can I do to make it go away? Thanks, cwclothier
