Dear Team,

we cannot update from win 8 pro to win 8.1 pro , we are using HP Probook 440s with windows 8pro pre-loading OS connecting with domain, windows update showing up-to date but it doesn't update to 8.1 pro.

please help me on this.

I shall suggest you to restart your PC and visit store again and retry Windows Update again.
