Net use command / Firewall
Hi all. I want be able to connect to a fold on my Windows 7 from another computer using the NET USE command but I'm getting the System error 67. I know if I turn-off the Windows Firewall it will ok but I don't want to disable it. Which port/protocol I should set up under Inbound Rules ? I just set up a new Inbound rule to the protocol TCP and it worked but I don't know if this is the best thing to do as all local ports and remote ports are enabled. Any suggestion would be great. Thanks

Hi, When turning on Firewall, please assure that “File and Printer Sharing” on current network profile is allowed. Also, please turn on the following port: 135, 137, 138, 139, 445. For more information, please refer to the following article: Service overview and network port requirements for the Windows Server system Thanks, Novak
