I am setting up an VPN connection but it will not connect and it gives a fault code that no network access, but i have full access to internet and it works normally. The Network and sharing center shows a read X between computer and internet. Using Windows 7 pro 64

Hi, Can you post the error code here for research? When Internet can be accessed fine, does the red X occur between the computer and Internet? Here are some suggestions you can try: 1. Temporarily turn off firewall on the machine. 2. Run "Troubleshooting Problems" in Network and Sharing Center to diagnostic the issue. 3. Upgrade the NIC driver for a test. Thanks, Novak
