MaviSakal,It honestly sounds like you have a virus because it wouldn't make any sense otherwise. Are you actually in Adobe Photoshop saving a file when you have this issue? You can try running the Live OneCare scan:http://onecare.live.com/site/en-ph/default.htm?mkt=en-phIf you are unable to do that I would suggest booting up in safe-mode with networking and see how it reacts when you try to save files.Amaranthe

Hi, Amaranthe's suggestion is worth to perform. This issue can occur by incorrect permission or virus. You can run a virus scanning for a test. In addition, I would like to know whether the issue occurs when saving files to another location, such as drive D. At this stage, I suggest you perform the following steps to troubleshoot the issue. 1. Create a new admin account and logon as a different account to check the result. 2. Restart the computer to Safe Mode and save the file to the same location again. 3. Alternatively, please save the file to another location, such as drive D. If the file can be saved to other location, this issue can occur if the original folder is protecte. 4. Temporarily turn off UAC for a test. a. Click the Start Button, type "User account control" and press Enter. b. When the User account control settings box appears, move the slider to Never notify. c. Click OK. Thanks, Novak
