Network Printer
Hello, I have a bunch of printers being shared on a Win 2003 Server. These printers are viewable on Windows XP computers I have a few Win7 Pro Clients these clients can see all my printers but 1 Win7 When I click Add Printer > Add a network, Wureless or Bluetooth Printer > On the Select a Printer page most of my printers appear but the one I am looking for does not. I have to go to "The Printer that I want isn't listed" Find a printer in the directory, based on location or feature then I can find and install my printer. This process is ok for me but my less techy users will never find this so I am trying to figure out why the printer does not appear on the main printer list... any ideas fokes?

It may be related to the Printer Location in AD. The computer will search printers whose physical location is nearby. The judgments of locations depend on IP addresses. Printing and Active Directory Arthur Xie - MSFT
