At my work we have 8 network printers that need to be mapped whenever a domain user logs in, it should grab the drivers out of a cached location but they seem to be having to redownload and install them every time a user logs in. It takes about 2-3 minutes before all of the printers are mapped and installed, which in the environment is unacceptable. I'm not sure if this has to do with the Win7 Profile, the printers, or the drivers? Any help would be great Thanks

What are the system of the printer servers? If all the printer servers are Windows 7 or Windows Server 2008 R2 computer, this issue should not occur. That is because the drivers are compatible with all the client computers. Arthur Xie - MSFT
