Network adapter driver won't install
I have a Levono laptop with a built-in wired Ethernet. It was working until I installed Virtualbox. Now the adapter is showing as "unknown device". When I install the NIC driver from Lenovo's site, it acts like it is complete but it still remains the same. Any thoughts, besides removing VirtualBox? -- G. Morgan

For some reason after I installed VirtualBox the Device Manager lost my NIC and the "unknown device" was Lenovo Energy Management (ACPI\VPC2004). <-- I wonder if the "VPC" had anything to do with it screwing up (Virtual PC??) I installed the Lenovo Energy Management (LEM) driver, and after a reboot my NIC was there and the LEM driver too. -- G. Morgan
