Hello I just recently put WinRC1700 on 'ROOM', 'LAPTOP', 'HTPC', 'TWO'. I also have SERVER with Windows Server 2008. All was working fine. But it seems now no pc can access shared files on ROOM. When i go to //ROOM on any of the other PC's "Room is unavailable" I can Ping ROOM. Its just file/printer sharing which is not working I have turned off windows firewall, reset to defaults. turned off homegroups and unjoined from all pc's. If i go to the homegroup page on any other pc it says there is no homegroup. If i go to homegroup on ROOM it says a homegroup is found, i can get the password from 'Me' on ROOM. (i originall started the HG on ROOM) Could this be the issue? how can i fully delete the homegroup? I suspect a permission setting is to blame. Cheers Chris.
