I pre-ordered Home Premium upgrade June 30th. Shortly after, Microsoft introduced their "Family Pack" . I was advised (on this Forum) that MS would be announcing a promo to cover this thru the Seller shortly before release. This didn't happen and the Seller (Amazon) denies responsibility. Can MS offer me a special key (which I'd pay for) so that I can use my copy....instead of having to buy another complete version??

One license only for onePC at a time. if u want to install a copy, you should delete the oldPC and reinstall on a new one.
