New dell color cartridge not working
I just bought a new Dell color cartridge from Staples and installed it into my printer, which is a 924 color printer. did an alignment sheet and only black print came up. No color, so removed black and color cartridge and reinstalled them both making sure there was no tape on either. Went to printer preferences and made sure black only was not checked. did another alignment, still no color, unplugged and replugged USB cable, restarted computer and tried alignment again, no color....help1 person needs an answerI do too
