I set my husband up a user name so he can use this computer, however, when we log on with his name, there is no desktop, task bar - nothing but a blue screen. I deleted the user and set up several more times as administrator, user, etc. and the only user that will work is mine. No software or hardware changes have been made on this computer in a long time. This is XP operating system.1 person needs an answerI do too
