Upon start-up, I get a blank screen with no icons. It usually takes about 4-5 + restarts along with pulling the plug to bring it back. I also loose my wireless signal after a while, the computer freezes, the touch pad becomes enabled and disenabled at will, the "Generic Host Process for WIN 32 Services has encountered a problem and needs to close..." warning comes up often, when shutting off the computer, both MIE and Fire Fox have to be closed manually, and once the Desktop is up, at times Fire will not open and once again, I have to restart the computer to start the process all over again. 1 person got this answerI do too
