I'm trying to uninstall norton from my PC. I used the uninstall tool to do it first, but for some reason it did not remove the whole program. When I try to uninstall it now it says it could not find the specified program. Now I can't install Live care that I have already paid for. Does anyone know how to uninstall it please?

Download and run the Norton Removal Tool: http://service1.symantec.com/SUPPORT/tsgeninfo.nsf/docid/2005033108162039 If this did not work, you will need to contact Norton about how to remove that product.
