Norton Save & Restore claims drive locked
When I tried to run Norton Save & Restoe under RC, I get an error message that my C drive is locked because it has the OS or an active file page on it. According to Norton tech help, all thatis needed is to unlock the drive to back up the C drive. How does one do that in Win 7 RC?
