Did you ever get a fix? I am suffering the same problem. This happened after an update to SP3 (company laptop, takes long to do that). Only shows up when I restore from standby or hibernation (which our company IT says is not supported). It failed to work at all for me untill I rolled back wzcs to the earlier version. Now it connects, but does not show wireless networks to allow me to select and find which to connect to.

i dont know about you doing what i did to fix it, but i upgraded my laptop to windows 7 and it works great.. what kind of laptop is it? because if it's the same as mine, an Acer Aspire AO751h, it may be a driver issue.. you can try to update all of your drivers and see if that helps. hope this helps atleast some. :D
