Not able to see the CHKDSK process on boot in windows 7
When I have schedule the CHKDSK from drive properties and reboot the system, I did not get any progress to running CHKDSK process. can someone help me ? How can I see the CSKDSK progress on my system? aaditya

Hi SC TOM, Thanks for you replay. During this whole time, I didn't see any progress. my system is bootup simply without any information. I have not getting that it's running or not on my system. aaditya

Look in Event Viewer, Windows Logs, Application for an event with the source name Wininit. Open it and any errors found (if any) will be listed. If chkdsk didn't run, that entry may not be there, but there should be an error or warning event from about the time you rebooted.-- SC Tom -There's no such thing as TMI when asking for tech support.
