Notebook will not display windows since this afternoon,it will only display MSI
My daughters notebook will not go to windows. It shows the screen where you can go to networking on the black and white screen, but when you click on it, it freezes. It is a msi notebook. What can I do to help her? Thank you,Lisa1 person needs an answerI do too

It sounds like her hard drive may be failing. That is where I'd start the troubleshooting. If the drive passes all tests, then please come back for more help. Test the hard drive with a diagnostic utility downloaded from the drive mftr.'s website or use Seagate's SeaTools For DOS. You will create a bootable CD with the file you download. You will need third-party burning software to do this such as Roxio, Nero, or the free ImgBurn.
