Hi

Did you renewed any Internal/External Certificates Recently.

Check if the FQDN is included in the certificate.

My guess is the certificate has expired. Can you open up the certificate from the personal store and view the details.

  1. From the Start menu, click Run. Type mmc in the text box and click OK. An MMC snap-in Console window launches.

  2. On the Console menu, click Add/Remove Snap-in.

  3. Click Add to add a snap-in to the current console.

  4. Select Certificates in the Snap-in list, click Add, and click Close.

  5. Click OK to close the Add/Remove Snap-in dialog box. The Certificates directory is now added to the MMC console.

  6. In the Certificates console, click the Personal node and double click the certificates on the right side to view details.

When you open the Certificate if it shows with a red X there is a problem, usually it will indicate the issue on the General tab: http://blogs.technet.com/blogfiles/sbs/WindowsLiveWriter/ReceivingCertificateErrorsWhenConnecting_DC81/hdcFB23.tmp_2.jpg

Since the Certificate with the problem is issued from GoDaddy, please check: http://support.godaddy.com/help/article/6015/using-the-ssl-installation-tool also you could login to GoDaddy with your account and view certificate status.
