I am not very computer savy so I have exhausted all things I know to do to try to get into my Outlook email. I wait a long time for it to load, it appears on my screen, the hour glass is still showing and once the hourglass disappears so does the page. It closes itself.I have tried to restore several times (which has worked before) but it doesn't fix. I have run scans and still no email access.Please help! And if you please could speak to me in basic easy to follow terms to walk me through, I would be very grateful.Thank you,Megan1 person needs an answerI do too

If you start it in safe mode (hold Ctrl when you click the icon to start Outlook) does it behave differently?Brian Tillman [MVP-Outlook]
