Hello, I have a problem with offering remote assistance, it just simply does not work, the both computers are running the most updated versions of windows, i have tried everything, i have turned off windows firewall and antivirus, also all the non-microsoft programs from msconfig, but it still ends up with an error remote assistance failed, please try again.please advise me something, i really need this feature.thank you.1 person needs an answerI do too
