Hi,

you have to open the ports used by Windows Update (port 443):

The clients must be Webproxy or SecureNAT or TMG clients.
Create a Firewall Policy rule which allows HTTPS from the Office 365 desktops to the Microsoft Update Server or EXTERNAL for ALL USERS (SecureNAT client) or users / user groups (Webproxy and TMG clients):

Hi,

You can configure the web browser on the TMG server itself to use itself as a proxy to test the reason of the issue. If the server itself is unable to browse the web through itself, disable the browsers proxy configuration and test whether the server is able to browse the web directly. If not, maybe the TMG servers internet connection is malfunctioning. If yes, please check the web access policy and make sure the port is not blocking.

If server is able to browse through itself, please ping other computers from the TMG server and ping the TMG server from other computers to make sure the connectivity between them.

Please make sure that no Firewall Client software was installed on the TMG server.

Best regards,

Susie
