Office Comm

Hello, I have a problem with an Office Communicator client:

Whenever the user starts a text conference it can't see the messages from the other participants, only his messages.

If the client uses the message box to discuss with one person it's fine.

Can someone help me with this problem?

Hi,

It appears that you have issues IM conferencing. Check if you have any error/warning in Event Viewer.

Did you deploy Lync Server 2010 or Lync Server 2013?

Is the client Lync 2010 or Lync 2013?

If most of the clients have the same problem, then this problem is mostly on Lync Server side.

You can check the event log on Lync Front End Server to find any errors for troubleshooting.

If only the Office Communicator client have this problem, please try to uninstall and reinstall Office Communicator.
