Offline files in Win 7 has constant sync conflicts and errors with our file server. We have a group policy that redirects "My Documents" for each user that automatically sets up the sync when the user logs on for the first time. No matter what I've tried, I cannot get the errors and conflicts to not happen on all my Win 7 machines. However, it was never a problem with WinXP SP3. So what do i need to do to fix Win 7?
