Please see http://www.officeforlawyers.com/howask.htmWe need a lot more information about specifically what isn't working, any error messages, anything you've already tried, what kind of Internet connection, what kind of machine, etc.-B- http://www.officeforlawyers.com | http://www.onenote-tips.com Author: The Lawyer's Guide to Microsoft Outlook

I'm using a Windows xp(Dell).Internet connection is cable. The message I get is 'IE cannot display web page'. I ran the Network Diagnostics which says 'Error 12031' and says it may be the firewall settings. However, I tried connecting with firewall turned off and it still won't connect. As long as I don't try to go on internet the comp.itself works well. Also if I sign in as 'user 2' I have no problem connecting to internet. Seems strange to me !!?? Thanks for your help.

If you go to Start | Programs | Accessories | System Tools do you have System Restore listed there? Can you restore back to a point in time (Yesterday? Last week?) before the problem began?See if this helps: http://www.officeforlawyers.com/tips/sysrestore.html -B- http://www.officeforlawyers.com | http://www.onenote-tips.com Author: The Lawyer's Guide to Microsoft Outlook
