Online meeting - all participants dialing in and anonymous

Intended for some meetings where security is not an issue, but convenience is.
All participants will have access to phone only. The "internal" ones, who can authenticate, have asked to deal with as few menus and PINs as possible while driving for example. We would like for any of the participants, internal and outside participants, to be able to dial in, and be admitted to the meeting.

Outlook 2010 meeting options - "Everyone including people outside my company (there are no restrictions) bypass the lobby".
Lync Server 2010 CP - Conferencing policy set to "allow participants to invite anonymous users".
Meeting configuration - "PSTN callers bypass lobby", "Admit anonymous users by default".
When attendees dial in, record their name and press "#", they are told that the leader has not yet joined, and are waiting in the lobby to be admitted.
(When a participant open the meeting from Lync or authenticates with extension+PIN, all dialers are admitted successfully)

Is it possible to have a meeting where all participants will be dialing in, and no one will have to authenticate? (basically the only things needed would be the dial in number, date&time, and the Conference ID)

Thanks!

Hi,

It is by design, in my Lync environment I got the same result.

You can also post the issue on Lync MSDN forum and more developing expert will help to verify if this can be achieved using Lync SDK. Thank you for your understanding.
