What e-mail program are you using? Do you mean you can't open attachments received in an e-mail? What is the file extension of the attachment? Bruce HagenMS-MVP Oct. 1, 2004 ~ Sept. 30, 2010Imperial Beach, CA

I don't know if I have powerpoint or not.........where do I look........add/remove programs? Please do not keep marking posts as answers. It produces copies and screws up the threading. The only post that should be marked is the one that solves your problem, which hasn't happened yet. Please unmark the posts as answers. Thank you.Bruce HagenMS-MVP Oct. 1, 2004 ~ Sept. 30, 2010Imperial Beach, CA
