I am getting the following error message on my FE server in pool1. I just rebuilt pool 2 in my enterprise. The message is indicating that it is trying to connect to the new pool but the one thing I noticed is that is has the incorrect IP. The IP it is referencing is the IP of the first pool (the FE server that the message is showing up on).
I validated DNS and all the IPs are set correctly.
TLS outgoing connection failures.
Over the past 51 minutes, Lync Server has experienced TLS outgoing connection failures 3 time(s). The error code of the last failure is 0x80090322 (The target principal name is incorrect.) while trying to connect to the server "pool.domain.com" at address [192.168.*.*:5061], and the display name in the peer certificate is "Unavailable
I get the same error on the FE on the second pool. that IP address is incorrect as well.
it looks like the IPs are reversed. I am confused
