Good Day!. Using xp and Outline express. Problem receiving emails. Some are misssing in in box yet are in web mail site and on Ipod (via wireless router). No pattern for this,- completely random. And just what is "Outline" Express?

That sounds like a server issue and not an issue on your computer. You can go to File | Identities and set up a new Identity and then add your accounts there and see if there is any difference, but I suspect not.
