My computer was running very slowly so I did a System Factory Restore (F10). I then realised after that although it was very very fast now, I lost EVERYTHING. After playing around a bit, I found many files in 'C: Drive' which included favourites, pictures and many documents. One thing which is a MAJOR problem is email contacts.I have searched everywhere for the contacts and I can't seem to find them anywhere. Does anyone know much about this?

You need to look for a file with the extension wab. When you've found it, open OE, click on Contacts and import it.It seems that your restore function also contains some sort of backup function. However, if it hadn't you really would have lost EVERYTHING.ALWAYS MAKE A BACKUP OF YOUR OWN BEFORE DOING ANYTHING LIKE THIS AGAIN.....If you find my response helpful, please click on the "Vote as Helpful" button!Thank you!
