A few things:1) Check on Menu --> Views --> Current View and make sure that "Show all all message..."2) Never keep emails in Inbox, Sent Items, Delete Items and Drafts. Outlook Express uses a "data base" structure with a "fixed" limit on the number of "stored" email each can have.
