Outlook Express 6 won't open after microsoft updates.....
The blue opening screen comes up and that's it. I have gotten an error message a few times saying that 'another instance of Outlook Express' is running'. ????? I've logged off windows as it instructed, have rebooted and restarted numerous times and nothing.Getting desperate. I don't even care if I can use the program again. I just want to get into it and get all the saved messages that I have in folders. I do have those backed up on Mozy online. Can anyone help with any of this? thanks, Kris 1 person needs an answerI do too
