In outlook express I get a very irritating message every few minutes that says: to save space on your drive outlook express can compct your messages. How can I disable this message?By actually doing the compaction?The message only occurs every 100 launches of OE and in fact it's in your best interests to do so. Uncompacted dbx files can very easily become corrupted.What actually happens is that when you delete or move messages from folders it leaves "white space" which is only removed on compacting.
