Outlook Express not allowing sign in-states access is denied since user name & password can't be verified
per Outlook Express:Unable to poll for new messages on your HTTP server. Account: 'Hotmail', Server: 'http://services.msn.com/svcs/hotmail/httpmail.asp', Protocol: HTTPMail, Server Response: 'Forbidden', Port: 0, Secure(SSL): No, Server Error: 998, Socket Error: 87, Error Number: 0x800CCC33ss: Yet it keeps as new one email from August '09 but won't let me in to delete.I of course cannot send an email by Outlook. Since I have Hotmail this has never been of extreme urgency but enough is enough. I'm on the verge of deleting the Outlook program from my system. 1 person needs an answerI do too

Outlook Express can no longer access HTTP accounts. MSN/Microsoft closed that feature down September 1, 2009. Thank you very much If there was notification, I didn't get it but then 2009 was not a very good year for me so anything is possible
