Are you in the right forum? There is no Outlook Express in Windows 7.
Or do you mean MS Office Outlook?

Create a new user (user2) in your outlook
mail
account with all the same settings as (user1),
make it your
default
account, attach it to your user1 database and
proceed as normal.
