Platforms: Exchange 2007, Outllok 2007, XP I have a user who has no mail in his inbox from before 2/11/09. He assures me he didn't delete it but that he may have clicked ok to 'auto archive' when last prompted. I still struggle with how the auto archive process works and how to read archived email as the information I find is rarely complete. So, where could this mail possibly be? I've searched in all mail, inbox, deleted items and no trace of it, I've restored all of the available .pst files which seem to be empty though one is 92MB in size? Is there a way to view his mailbox in exchange? I read somewhere that .pst files don't archive mail from the inbox, is this correct? I'm quite frustrated with this so I will update with more information as it's requested.1 person needs an answerI do too
