Hi Becka If you are using a laptop,check your battery whether it's properly fixed. Remove it & fix it back. Be sure that it's properly locked in it's place.

check if there is any virus attack !!if the problem persists,contact the DELL customer care,they will fix ur problem remotely or they will give u the solution..
