Print spooler error message appears when I try to print from computer using Windows XP v.3 to my HP Laserjet 1022n printer. The print document does show up in the printer queue and when I restart both computer and printer, the document prints. However, subsequent print jobs do not until the computer is restarted again. I have tried shutting off the print spooler via services.msc but to no effect. Microsoft Fix-it doesn't fix it. What else can I try?1 person needs an answerI do too
