The new People app is only showing a handful of my contacts avatars.  If I logon to the outlook.com site, they are all there and look fine.  Even my own profile picture (that my Windows profile avatar inherits) doesn't show up in the People app either.  I've tried 'adding' my main Live account again so it shows up as a Live Service (instead of generic MS account).  I've tried the filter.  I've even tried under a local user account (vs my main Live logon) and uninstalled/reinstalled/cleared personal info.

Issue still persists.  Right now 'pinning' the web link to the People site of Outlook.com works far better than the local app, which is screwed up.

I have 2 people that don't show up, I've removed and added them and the image is still not there. They are both coming from facebook and outlook.

I did some more testing this weekend and am still stumped.  It appears to update Facebook avatars fine (even on linked accounts), just not Live ones so I'm really confused now.
