Hello,I recently converted my Dell 8200 workstation, running Windows XP, from the FAT32 file system to NTFS. The conversion seemed to be successful, but I now have two issues. 1. Computer performance is noticeably slower, and 2. Whenever I reboot, I see "Alert! Previous Fan Failure. Strike F1 to continue, F2 to run setup utility."Although I have an older system (Pentium 4, 1.7 GHz, 1.5 GB of RAM), it was working reasonably well until the conversion. I appreciate any suggestions.
