I reinstalled windows 7 professional on my laptop a few days ago. I backed up all my images on an external hard drive but unfortunately I had a few "locked" images on that account. I have the images on the hard drive but I am unable to view them because my new account does'nt have the proper permission. I tried using changing the permissions and user ownership but I cannot access them. Please help.
