Hi,
You may take the ownership of the backup file first and then try again.

Hey there,
I've been using windows (7) backup to backup all of my documents and files (including pictures and videos) from my libraries.
However, recently when I had to (clean) reinstall windows, the restoration did not include any pictures or videos (All music and documents restored fine). All of the directory folders created within the pictures and videos libraries were restored, but not
the files themselves.
Even on a previous system image, the music and videos are missing, but other files intact.
How may this have happened? Had I missed something during backup process (although this seems unlikely because the folders are still present)?
