I have recently bought a Pinnacle PCTV Nano Stick and installed all the software Pinnacle TvPro and it can watch TV with it. I just get an error which is like a page long. It works on vista fine. I tried running it in Compatibility mode with both xp and vista and still didnt work. Does anybody know what the problem is? If you need more information will give to you. P.S I was running windows 7 for my everyday use until this happened now I have gone back to vista which I hate and wish that this problem can be resolved to I can go back to Windows 7.

Hi, There are multiple possible reasons. I suggest that you temporary disable the anti-virus program and then run the program. If the issue persists, remove it from Control Panel/Program and Features, then reinstall it. If the issue still occurs, please boot in Clean Boot Mode.
