Please help!

I am facing a problem in my pc......

it say's "your pc ran into a problem needs to restart..."

and then it shows the error that "" no boot media found/ hard drive not found"

and in the event viewer "it shows error source=kernel Power and event id=41"

please help me........

is any one have any solution ?

We do need the actual log files (called a DMP files) as they contain the only record of the sequence of events leading up to the crash, what drivers were loaded, and what was responsible.

please make sure your HDD can be detected in BIOS

Please remove any 3rd party HW connected to this PC (external HDD, LAN, printer ect)

If you not able to go to safe mode, maybe OS corrupted or HW failure
