Policy restrictions I can't seem to get rid of
So I have this PC I am working on that had a bunch of policy settings in effect and I had to remove them to re-purpose the PC. The strange thing is that 2 policies appear to still be in effect, but the registry settings that control those policies are not present anywhere. One is the setting that disables the file menu in explorer windows. The other disables the All Programs portion of the start menu. I searched the entire registry for those registry values (NoStartMenuMorePrograms and NoFileMenu), and found nothing. I went so far as to add those values with a setting of 0 to attempt to disable them to no avail. Any ideas as to why those policies are in effect when the registry setting does not exist or says to disable the policy restriction?
