Polycom Group 500 Multiple Lync Video calls simultaneously

So I have a new Group 500 unit all working as expected,  apart from when I try to call multiple Lync 2010 clients at the same time.  First one connects fine,  but subsequent calls just ring out, and the client never gets notified that I am calling..  If they start a conference call, and invite the unit in,  all is fine..

Any help ?...

Hi,

Please check if Polycom Group 500 is properly configured. To do this, go to Diagnostics -> System -> System Status and check for errors or warnings. Make sure all options are green.

Please also check if Polycom Group 500 update to the latest firmware, it not, update it and then test again.

Hello ianlloyd100,

To my knowledge when registered to Lync and using the Lync Interoperability License all multiparty should escalated up to the Lync Server AVMCU.

It would also be of interest what Software Version you are running on the Group Series.
