I was pleasantly surprised at how much improved Media Center is in Windows 7. However I found that the quality is poor with TV picture. I have Beyond TV by Snapstream loaded on the same computer and the picture quality on it is excellent. Both use the same antenna and the same tuner. I am confused as to why there is such a different. Please take a look at this because I see other forum questions that do not cover my experience. Anyone have ideas? Thank You.

Same here (Infinitv 4), anyone know why? Provider is Comcast. TV is Samsung DLP 720p. When cable connected directly to TV, clear QAM channels are amazing. The picture I get with media center is more like 480i. This quality is the same from the MCE pc and the media extender (xbox360 connected via HDMI). I am definitely viewing the HD channels (800s).
