Hi,
Based on my knowledge, the Publisher listed as unknown is due to the developer do not provide Digital Signature or Certificate.
You can refer to the similar threads:
what is msndupd.exe? I keep getting it whenever I sign off of MSN.
what does the message msndupd.exe mean? should I allow it?
Also, you can scan your system for Virus and contact
MSN Support.

Based on my knowledge, the Publisher listed as unknown is due to the developer do not provide Digital Signature or Certificate.
