Can you help?You may not quite understand the mis-named "print screen" key.In Windows, pressing the PrtScrn key only copies the screen image to the Clipboard. In order to print the image, you have to open a graphics program (e.g., MS Paint) and paste the image. Then you can print it.If you press Alt+PrtScrn, you'll only copy the current active window instead of the whole desktop.You might want to try free IrfanView, which is a very handy viewer for all sorts of image file formats.
